Southeastern Minnesotans for Environmental Protection have partnered with No Harm Film, in a multi-state public awareness campaign focusing on the environmental effects if world's largest tire burner is built.
This campaign includes both print and broadcast media, featuring a 30 second television commercial donated by No Harm Film which otherwise would have cost an estimated $80,000 to produce.
